Ingredients
 

 

  • 3 untreated lemons
  • 1 bunch of mint
  • 75 cl of water
  • 3 tablespoons mint honey
  • Ice cubes

 

Preparation

 

  1. Squeeze the juice of a lemon in a container.
  2. Add 10 cl of hot water and the mint honey. Mix.
  3. Add the rest of the water, the mint and the sliced ​​lemons (well washed)
  4. Keep cool so that the mint leaves infuse 30 to 40 minutes
  5. Serve with ice cubes
     

 

MINT HONEY

 


 

Ingredients (for 4 people)
 

- 4 bananas 

- 3 Kiwis 

- 2 tablespoons orange honey

- Ice cubes

 

Preparation

 

  1. Peel and cut the fruit into pieces
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a blender with the honey
  3. Add ice cubes to your liking and mix
  4. Serve, drink very cold

Ingredients

- 1 shortcrust pastry

- 2 sweet onions

- Olive oil 

- Thyme

- Salt

Preparation

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6)
  2. Spread and prick the pie with a fork
  3. Spread the mustard
  4. Brown the onions in the oil
  5. Arrange the tomatoes previously cut on dough
  6. Place the onions on top
  7. Sprinkle the pizza with feta, thyme and olive oil

- 1 tablespoon honey vinegar

Preparation

 

  1. Cut the strawberries and avocado into pieces
  2. Wash the spinach and mix it with the rest of the salad ingredients in a bowl
  3. Add the sesame seeds. Pepper and salt at your convenience

Ingredients

- 5 tomatoes 

- 1 eggplant

- 2 zucchini

Preparation 

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
  2. Wash the vegetables, dry them and cut them into rings (as fine as possible)
  3. Rub the edge of the dish with a crushed garlic clove
  4. Arrange the vegetables in a rectangular dish vertically, alternating colors.
  5. Add the rest of the garlic clove.

Ingredients

- 3 bananas 

- 130g of butter 

- 160g of flour 

- 3 eggs 

- 150g of Eucalyptus honey from Madagascar

- 1 teaspoon of baking powder 

-1 teaspoon of cinnamon 
 

Preparation

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 °
  2. Cut the bananas into small pieces
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter and honey. Then add the eggs one by one. Mix
  4. Add the flour with the yeast and the cinnamon, then the bananas and mix everything until you get a smooth dough
  5. Pour the preparation into a buttered and floured cake pan
  6. Cook for 40 minutes at 180 °
  7. Unmold and let cool

Ingredients

- 500g rolled oats

- 50g of sunflower seeds

- 50g of sesame seeds

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder (unsweetened) 

-  1 pinch of salt 

- 4 tablespoon melted coconut oil

 - 75 ml of acacia honey
 - 50 g of crushed nuts 

- 50 g of crushed hazelnuts

- 50 g of crushed almonds

- 50 g dried apricots 

- 50 g dried bananas 

- 50 g of cranberries 

 

Preparation

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C
  2. Take a large baking sheet and place baking paper on it
  3. In a large bowl, combine the oats and seeds, vanilla and salt. Mix and pour the oil and honey. Mix well
  4. Pour the granola on your baking sheet and use a large spoon to spread it out in an even layer
  5. Cook for about 30 minutes, until your granola is golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking. Add the nuts in the last 10 minutes
  6. Let the granola cool completely so that it becomes even more crunchy, before breaking it into pieces and sprinkling it with dried fruit
  7. Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for one month or in a sealed freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months
