Happyculteur is an association with which we have been working for two years now. It supports citizens in the discovery of beekeeping.
His missions :
- Enable citizens to commit to biodiversity
- Raise awareness of the importance of the role of bees in our environment
- Support and develop responsible urban beekeeping
- Enhance the unknown or forgotten know-how of beekeeping
- Recreating social ties around beekeeping
- Make beekeeping a fun and accessible practice for everyone.
Beekeeping initiation workshops
Happyculteur offers beekeping initiation workshops in different Parisian places such as the Rotonde in Stalingrad, the Recyclerie, the Bellevilloise... You will discover the world of bees and their role, understand the manufacture of honey, the organization of beehive and taste honey. A friendly moment to learn more about our friends the bees.
These workshops are organized during the bee activity period: from April to September, on Saturdays or Sunday mornings.
Beekeeping training
Each year, Happyculteur invites you to come and train you in beekeeping over an entire beekeeping season. You will discover the profession of beekeeper and you will learn all the basics necessary to set up your first hive and be independent in your practice!
The training for the 2019 class begins in April and is already complete, but do not hesitate to contact happyculteur for more information.
Honey Tasting Workshops
These workshops are organized in our Miel Factory store. Happyculteur will take care of making you discover the functioning of the hive, the manufacture of honey and we will take care of making you taste our honeys (more than 50 varieties), and explaining to you their typicality and virtues.
These workshops are organized during the week, between 7:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
It is open to children.
